While on the job hunt, I’ve decided to keep learning and trying new things that I never had time to do. One of those new things is taking a ceramics class. Unlike other high schoolers, I wasn’t able to fit a ceramics class into my schedule. So, I checked out a ceramics class in my area and I loved it.
The teacher is very friendly, humble and passionate about ceramics which makes it perfect for me because I get to learn from someone who loves what she’s doing.
I took these pictures of ceramics pieces from Falling Sky Pottery in San Diego back in July 2011 and at that time I was still trying to figure out where and when I would start a ceramics class and now the time has finally started to BEGIN :)
So if you guys have any cool ceramics experiences or memories, let me know! I’d love to hear about them. I’ll post my own creations as soon as I get going.
